Greek Frozen Yoghurt - a unique and nutritious snack only 2% fat
My Yoghurt is the first Greek company, located in Thessaloniki, Greece and its goal is to build a frozen yoghurt branch, which will promote the real / unique Greek yoghurt as the only ingredient to produce frozen yoghurt. Our passion and obsession is the health of people combined with honest and reliable customer service. For this reason we are the first company to inform the customers in detail about the nutritional components of our product.
Specifically, the frozen yogurt is a dessert, produced by the fermentation of milk, known in Greeks, as the product of yoghurt. It differs from the various ice cream products, due to the fact that the cream is replaced from yogurt. Thus, it does not only contain significantly lower calories and little fat, but is clearly healthy and natural with a velvety smooth texture that does not gives you a shore throat.
Furthermore, yogurt – as the only base to produce frozen yogurt, has very high nutritional value, is a low-calorie food, has a relatively small amount of fat, helps in proper functioning of the digestive system, contains enzymes that
facilitate digestion and improves the assimilation of food. Also, live and active bacteria that have positive effects on the micro-flora of the gut and intestinal antibody production. In addition, yoghurt helps to maintain good skin health. It contains protein, B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Finally, the Greek yogurt, due to the fact that is produced from milk, it is rich in calcium which helps in good bone health.
This is clearly the best news for MY Yoghurt!
Our products are prepared daily with real, fresh Greek yogurt (rich in probiotics), and low-fat milk, so that customers can benefit from nutritional components of yoghurt and still get a delightful flavor. Therefore, we offer a complete customer snack that is both tasty, healthy and nutritious.
